COE’s 6-level Youth Outdoor Leadership program aims to create leaders for the outdoors and for life.  From the development of entry-level outdoor skills to professional-level mastery, participants will be challenged to achieve their full leadership potential.  Throughout the program, participants will receive mentorship, encouragement and feedback from professional outdoor instructors and guides.

While COE’s Youth Outdoor Leadership program focuses on bringing youth to a professional standard of outdoor proficiency, the character development which participants will undergo is of value in all areas of life.  Self-awareness and interpersonal insight are natural results of outdoor leadership training.

COE’s Youth Outdoor Leadership program will ignite a passion to reach one’s fullest potential in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
